| This dress was worn by Rosa Chiodo, the wife of Gino Chiodo,
to the EPT (Electric Power Transmission) Ball at the Fraternity
Club. This ball was a community event held before the Ballo was
created, and was also an award night for the local soccer clubs.
Gino designed the dress and a local dressmaker, Miss de Bono,
made it.
" Rosa calls this the Elvis Presley dress. She wanted something
with big lapels and at the time big belts were in. I found the
